The MD Says team presented Russian voice actors for the Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty add-on created using a neural network.
At this point, the game has main missions, side missions, and the world voiced; in the future, MD Says plans to work on emphasis and sound in general.
Let’s not forget that CD Projekt RED actively opposed the demonstration of the Russian localization of Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty. The developers tried to contact MD Says asking them to cease operations. The Polish company threatened lawsuits and strikes and sent its lawyers against them. However, MD Says representatives completed the matter and released Russian voice actors for the Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty add-on.
Before the video demonstrating the Russian localization was removed, enthusiasts received a letter from CD Projekt RED’s community manager stating that the use of files from the original game was prohibited. However, MD Says responded that they are not using data from Cyberpunk 2077 and that all voices just sound the same.
You can download this change from the NexusMods website.
The Phantom Liberty expansion will be released on September 26, 2023 on PC, as well as on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. Before that, a major patch 2.0 was released for the game.
Previously, an alleged GTA 6 map appeared online.
