The Elder Scrolls VI won’t be released until 2026

Axios journalist Stephen Totilo showed off Microsoft’s plans for upcoming games. Between the tiles you will see a mention of The Elder Scrolls VI by Bethesda Softworks.

The release date is not scheduled to be earlier than 2026. The game is scheduled to be released on the Xbox console and PC. However, the platforms are not finalized yet. According to Xbox chief Phil Spencer, the game will take another five years to develop.

Let’s not forget that The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim was released in 2011 on PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Later, Dawnguard, Hearthfire and Dragonborn add-ons for the game were released. The developers combined them in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim – Legendary Edition.

Previously, CD Projekt RED announced the exact release time of Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty on social networks. The DLC will only have Russian subtitles. This will be the first major expansion for the game. The release will take place on September 26, 2023 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
