The developers of the Resident Evil 4 remake will release a special “Mercenaries” mode for the title.
The announcement came as part of a trailer celebrating the title’s release. The mode’s release will take place on April 7. Users can take one of the campaign characters and participate in the survival game. Players will have to kill as many opponents as possible within the allotted time, taking into account the effectiveness of the battle, accuracy, speed and other parameters.
Upon reaching the results, gamers can open additional heroes, as well as various bonuses. However, the mode will only be available after completing the main Resident Evil 4 Remake campaign.
On March 24, the title became available on the Xbox Series S/X, PlayStation 4 and 5 consoles, as well as PC via Steam. Users of the Valve platform welcomed the novelty well – 93% of recommendations for purchase.
Earlier, Lionsgate Motion Pictures head Joe Drake announced a possible renewal of the John Wick film franchise. The studio may release a fifth part.
