Ekaterina Mizulina: An appeal is sent to the Prosecutor General’s Office regarding 18 streamers

The head of the Safe Internet League and a member of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, Ekaterina Mizulina, spoke on the Telegram channel about the behavior of bloggers who were held responsible for advertising in online casinos.

Mizulina noted that not all streamers stopped broadcasting:

Update on illegal casino advertising. Six people from the latest list have removed all old listings and stopped advertising the casino. Three “moved” to kick, two more to YouTube. They keep doing the same there. They do it on Boosty. Ten streamers/bloggers continue to broadcast or publish these types of ads (Karavay46, Sh4dowehhh, Generalqw, Farbizzbat9, Versuta, Kyivstoner, Huseyn Hasanov, Vitus, Danludan, Egor Creed). Two have had all old recordings deleted and not aired, but are being investigated by us. We still doubt that they will stop this activity.

Recall that on February 17, public figures led by Ekaterina Mizulina compiled a list of names for the FAS, the RKN and the Ministry of the Interior. Among these content creators you will find pop artist Yegor Creed, as well as bloggers Ilya Maddyson Davydov, Yuri Khovansky, Andrey Mellstroy Burim and streamers Vyacheslav Buster Leontiev, Ivan Strogo Shurpatov.

For streamers who continue to engage in illegal activities, a notice of appeal will be sent to the Russian prosecutor’s office. In addition, the Safe Internet League will also deal with cases of illegal advertising for bookmakers:

Let’s act decisively. An appeal will be sent to the Russian Prosecutor General’s Office early next week for 18 streamers who continue to engage in illegal activities. We are preparing a separate material about illegal advertisements from bookmakers and online casino portals themselves. Surveillance continues. Thank you all for your help in this work.

Earlier, Mizulina responded to the publication of Cybersport.Metaratings.ru in particular, saying that her main activity is blocking Internet resources that harm citizens of the Russian Federation, especially children.
