League of Legends Unveils New Skins for Nightbringer and Dawnbringer – Creo Gaming

Riot Games Expands League of Legends’ Six new skins will be added to the game soon. Yone, Lillia, Morgana, Tryndamere, and Kayn get new skins from that alternate universe, while Vex, the game’s newest champion, also gets her own Dawnbringer skin. Splash artwork for these skins has already been unveiled ahead of their arrival on PBE for you to try them out before going live for everyone.

The skins can be viewed below courtesy of one of the League of Legends Twitter accounts that shared the artwork this week. We have Vex on the far left and then Morgana next to her, both on the Dawnbringer side of things. Opposite them is Tryndamere at the bottom right with Lillia above and to his right.

However, the most interesting skins in this group are those given to Yone and Kayn. Yone’s contains elements of both the Nightbringer and Dawnbringer themes, although her skin leans much more towards Dawnbringer than the former.

The Kayn skin is one that people have been waiting for for a while with the champion getting his latest skin, Odyssey Kayn, almost three years ago. Riot has been open in the past about the time it takes the Kayn skins to invest, as the champion’s transformations essentially require three different cosmetics, not just one. The image above shows the basic version of Kayn in the center, just above Yone, while the Rhaas transform is on the left and the Shadow transform is on the right. It’s worth noting that Riot changed the colors people would expect from skins featuring Rhaas on the Dawnbringer side and Shadow’s transformation with the Nightbringers.

These Dawnbringer and Nightbringer skin themes were first released about four years ago when Riot released the Order vs. Chaos with Nightbringer Yasuo and Dawnbringer Riven. Those were the first champions to get these types of skins, and after that, Riot was expected to expand the collection. It will soon get even bigger when these new cosmetics are added, but not before they have had some time on PBE to test.
