Former PSG.LGD and Royal Never Give Up Dota 2 player Lu Somnus Yao shared his thoughts on new hero Muerta during the stream. His words were brought to social networks by the user CN Dota In a Nutshell.
The cyber sportsman considers the main advantage of Muerta to be the high speed of farming. He noted that the character is not as bad as many players thought due to the low win rate upon release.
According to Somnus, Blink Dagger is the most important item for Muerta. Yao recommended picking it right after Black King Bar and a farming item (like Maelstrom).
Thus, Muerta can be quickly attacked by enemy supports and kill them, as they are unlikely to be able to collect BKB that quickly to defend against the ultimate heroine.
Recall that patch 7.32e was released on the night of March 7, 2023. In it, Valve changed the balance of some characters and items, and also added Muerta. In addition, the game features a Dead Reckoning Chest treasure chest and a new event celebrating the heroine’s release.
