Analyst and commentator Alexander Santa Koltan shared his thoughts on Natus Vincere’s form in the first match against Darkside at DPC 2023 for Eastern Europe.
Caster noted NaVi’s passive style of play and flaws:
What can I say. NaVi plays passively. The team has played like this before. Nothing has changed. Worked against Darkside. Fine. The other team will punish NaVi for this. This is a weak spot. The team showed that in the first round. NaVi likes to play eagerly. This is a minus in my opinion. I would become addicted to it. Whether NaVi has gotten stronger or not, you should watch at least 3 or 4 games and then do some sort of style sketch.
Recall that Natus defeated Vincere Darkside in the opening match of the second round of DPC 2023. The match ended with a score of 2:1 on cards.
Earlier, as part of a post-game interview, offlaner of the Natus Vincere roster Abdimalik Malik Saylau spoke about Coach Vitaly Sword_Art Petkin’s influence on the team.
DPC 2023 Eastern Europe Division 1 matches will be played online from March 12 to April 2. Teams compete for a $205,000 prize pool, 920 DPC points, and 3 Major slots.
