Natus Vincere roster sniper Alexander s1mple Kostylev commented on the top teams in Eastern Europe according to Team Spirit in an interview.
The esportsman noted that Igor’s team hadn’t defeated prodigious Zhdanov NaVi for a long time:
I can’t remember when Team Spirit last beat NaVi, most likely sometime in 2017. That may be why the team is second in the top. It does not matter. It’s important to be the first.
Note that Team Spirit defeated NaVi only once in the tournament. This happened at IEM New York Online: CIS in 2020. However, it was a technical victory.
